Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative and logistical support, enabling them to focus on driving revenue and meeting sales targets.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries related to our payment products and services, providing prompt and courteous responses via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Order Processing: Handle order processing and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in entering customer data and sales orders into our CRM system.
  • Lead Management: Assist in managing and updating leads in the CRM system, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
  • Sales Collateral: Prepare and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to support the sales team in their efforts to showcase our products and offerings.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to create quotes and proposals for potential customers, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements.
  • Sales Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional inquiries.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, competitive analysis, and industry trends.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of the payment industry or financial technology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
