As Founder and CEO of Glacier Payments, Travis has continually inspired innovation and forward thinking in the bankcard industry. With 20 years of unparalleled leadership and sales vision, he has grown Glacier Payments from a startup payments provider into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. Glacier Payments has made its mark among the top 500 fastest growing companies in the country alongside Microsoft, Pandora, GoPro, and Facebook by being named to the Inc. 500 list for two consecutive years in 2014 and again in 2015. Travis’s continued focus on business fundamentals and passion for the payment card industry has allowed Glacier Payments to position itself as a premier global payments provider. In his downtime, Travis loves to spend time on his boat with his wife, Jordan and three kids, Ashton, London & Maxl. When he’s not on the boat, he can be found on the golf course with his friends, traveling the world with his family or enjoying a glass of red wine or a good scotch.

His dedication to business ethics and streamlined operations have defined the way Glacier Payments fosters banking relationships, values partner sales channels, and manages internal business development operations. Chase has a true passion for his work and strives to develop a team that exceeds the industry standard through efficient business practices, industry knowledge, communication, and technology. When Chase is not leading the team, he enjoys spending time golfing, cooking and just hanging out with his wife Bethany, and three kids, Owen, Eva & Grayson while sipping an ice-cold Miller Lite.

As the Director of Risk, Underwriting, and Compliance of Glacier Payments, Happy is responsible for overseeing all underwriting procedures and risk protocols. He grew up in San Diego, CA and received his Associates degree at Palomar College from San Marcos, CA. Since joining the team in January of 2015, he has worked countless hours shaping the underwriting department into what it is today. He is a team player and everyone’s go-to risk analyst, he knows the payments industry inside out. When Happy is not working you can find him doing pretty much anything outdoors with his wife Amy.

As the Business Systems & Data Analyst of Glacier Payments, Paul manages all internal systems and assists team members and agents with navigating pricing solutions and integration methods. Paul grew up in Helena, MT and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management from the University of Montana in Missoula, MT. Since joining the team in February of 2015 Paul has implemented the use of our current CRM system to help better manage our merchants and the data flowing through our office. He keeps our other internal systems running smoothly and helps to develop best practices and processes within the office while assisting those outside the office to simplify the many rate, fee, and integration challenges with credit card processing. During Paul’s downtime you can find him playing hockey, fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping, running and mountain biking with an IPA somewhere nearby.

As a Sales Support Specialist at Glacier Payments, you will find Todd either assisting current merchants or reaching out to potential new merchants to gain their business. Todd is a fourth generation Montanan, and grew up in Great Falls, MT. He received his Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University in Rexburg, ID. Todd joined the team in July 2019 and since then has been assisting all of our merchants with any customer service needs they have. When Todd is not working you can find him riding dirt bikes, fishing, camping, shooting guns, or hanging out in a hot spring with his wife Cat, and daughters, Brinley & Norah.

As Lead Software Architect, Parker leads software design at Glacier Payments. Parker grew up in Dickinson, North Dakota and received his Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science at Dickinson State University in 2017. Since joining our team Parker has worked to develop new software solutions for Glacier Payments by providing hands-on coding, setting up a DevOps pipeline, maintaining existing codebase, and ensuring software projects are on track to a timely release. Outside of the office Parker enjoys playing video games, going on hikes, exercising, playing basketball, fly fishing, producing music and sipping a Cold Smoke.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Glacier Payments, Erica is a dynamic force propelling the company forward in the ever-evolving payments card industry. Hailing from Seal Beach, CA, she earned her Associates of Arts and Science at Cerro Coso College in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Since joining the team in October 2015, Erica has been a cornerstone, orchestrating impactful business meetings, seamlessly managing business travel, and empowering the staff with the tools for success. When she is not working you can find her exploring new places with her husband and daughter, preferably with a Spicy Margarita in hand.

David grew up in Kalispell, Montana and earned his degree from the University of Montana. Since joining our team, David has been instrumental in enhancing sales processes and customer satisfaction by leveraging his active listening skills, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.
David’s intuitive understanding of client needs and his unwavering desire to succeed have been pivotal in supporting our sales team and improving client relationships. His background in marketing and sales provides valuable insight, allowing him to bridge the gap between our sales representatives and customers effectively. Outside of the office, David can be found on the golf course, enjoying Montana’s great outdoors while camping, or spending time on the water boating and floating. He values quality time with friends and family, and is always up for a cold beer at happy hour. David’s easygoing nature, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude make him a go-to resource for both colleagues and clients, contributing to a positive and supportive sales environment.
